Until the year 2010 the types of electronic transactions with the administration were not asked.
Data for 2016 are not strictly comparable with data from previous years:
Starting in 2016, electronic procedures with the Public Administration include both those carried out directly and through third parties (consultants, ...).
Previously the question was whether they performed electronic procedures with the Public Administration or not.
